Eligibility

You may return items within 3 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Refunds will only be issued if the item received is defective or incorrect.

If there is a size or fitting issue, we will accept a return and provide a replacement only, once the returned item is received. Please note that refunds will not be issued for size-related returns.

Items must be::

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

How to Request a Return/Refund

Contact us at support@thefable.in or through our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (if applicable) within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

For size or item changes, please initiate a return as per the above policy. A replacement will be issued once we receive your returned item.

If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
